Harivaṁśa Dāsa (Dr. Himanshu Asnani) is an author, researcher, and translator. His debut work in fiction—Horizons—released in May 2023 by Hachette India, is a collection of short stories on fundamental questions around life and death.

About the event
Harivaṁśa Dāsa's (Dr. Himanshu Asnani) maternal family roots are from Vrndavana, where he stays when not traveling, actively researching in the areas of Vaishnava philosophy, Gaudiya history, social psychology, and linguistics. During travels, he keenly interacts with congregation, corporate and university audiences in India and abroad through seminars and workshops. He is a member of BTG India Editorial Board and contributes to BTG's English (both US and India) and Hindi editions. Under the auspices of HH Bhanu Swami Maharaja, he is involved in the editing of the Sanskrit to English translations of Gaudiya literatures including their translations in the Hindi language. He also assists HH Sivarama Swami Maharaja book projects through translations and research.
