The Annual ISKCON of Towaco Picnic was an eagerly awaited gathering for our community, welcoming both newcomers and long-standing members alike. It was a day where age held no bar, and the only rule was to have fun—and lots of it.
The picnic offered an array of delicious food and lively activities. Who needs the Olympics when the Towaco volleyball match offers such thrilling entertainment? It was a wonderful event filled with joy and spiritual connection. A group of devotees walked to the new temple location at 10 Baldwin Road in Parsippany, their path enlivened by kirtan—devotional singing that praises Lord Krishna. Upon beholding the new temple, hearts swelled with excitement and affection, eagerly anticipating the upcoming relocation. The day concluded back at the picnic site, where everyone indulged in slices of refreshing watermelon and everyone’s favorite treat—ice cream! Can’t wait for next year’s picnic.
